What Is Nol Plus?
Nol Plus is the official RTA loyalty program that allows Dubai commuters to earn points for every transaction made using their smart card. It connects rewards to Metro journeys, bus trips, parking payments, and even retail purchases.
Membership is free and highly recommended for daily commuters to maximize the value of their transit spending.

Create RTA Account
Sign in via nolplus.ae or the RTA app using your UAE Pass for the fastest setup.
Link Your Card
Enter the 10-digit Tag ID from the back of your physical Nol card in the 'Nol Card Services' section.
Join Nol Plus
Open the 'Nol Plus' tab, select your linked card, and click 'Register' to enroll in the loyalty program.

Redeeming Your Points
Minimum threshold: 500 Points (Value: AED 5)
- • Recharge: Convert points directly into Nol e-purse balance.
- • Vouchers: Redeem for discounts at partner restaurants and supermarkets.
- • Expiry: Points are valid for 12 months (365 days) from the date earned.
- • Sync Time: Points typically appear in your dashboard 9 days after the transaction.
