What Is NOL Plus?
NOL Plus is the official customer loyalty program launched by Dubai’s RTA. It turns every commute—whether by Metro, bus, tram, or taxi—into earned points. These points can later be used for card top-ups or redeemed for vouchers at hundreds of partner merchants across Dubai.
In 2026, the program is fully integrated with digital wallets and the latest Nol Pay 2.0 ecosystem, making it easier than ever to save while you move.
Setting Up Your Account
An RTA account or UAE Pass is mandatory to access rewards. Follow these steps to get ready:
UAE Pass Login
Quickest way for residents. Profile details are synced instantly with the RTA database.
RTA Manual Account
Register with your full name, email, and mobile number. OTP verification is required for security.
Linking Your Nol Card
Link your physical card to your profile to enable point tracking and balance protection:
Find Your Tag ID
Look for the 10-digit number printed on the back of your Silver, Gold, or Blue card.
Submit via Web/App
Enter the ID in the 'Nol Card Services' section of the RTA website or Nol Pay app.

Redeeming Points
To use your rewards, follow the redemption process in the Nol Plus portal:
- • Threshold: Minimum 500 points = AED 5 credit.
- • Top-up: Convert points directly into stored value for travel.
- • Vouchers: Choose retail or dining vouchers from the 'Offers' tab.
- • Activation: After converting to credit, tap your card at a gate or machine to sync the value.
