    Did you leave your phone, bag, or wallet on the Dubai Metro? Don't panic. Follow these official steps to track and retrieve your belongings within 48 hours.

    Immediate Action Required!

    If you lost an item in the last 60 minutes, immediately inform the Metro Station Master or a Police officer at the nearest station. They can contact the train driver to check the specific cabin before it reaches the terminal.

    Step-by-Step Recovery Process

    Report the Loss

    Use the RTA website, S'hail App, or call 800 90 90. Be very specific about the item's color, brand, and where you think you left it (e.g., Gold Class cabin, last row).

    Receive Case ID

    Once you report, you will receive a SMS with a Case Reference Number. Keep this safe as you will need it for follow-ups and collection.

    Verification & Pickup

    If the item is found, RTA will notify you. You must visit the designated station (usually Burjuman) with your Emirates ID or Passport as proof of identity.
