Latest Service Updates (2024–2026)
As of September 2025, the Red Line has transitioned to a **three-route system**. Trains now run directly from **Centrepoint** to both **Expo 2020** and **Life Pharmacy**, eliminating the need for most passengers to change at Jabal Ali.

Overview of the Red Line
The **Dubai Metro Red Line** is the world’s longest fully automated driverless metro line, spanning approximately 67 kilometers. It runs largely parallel to Sheikh Zayed Road, connecting Dubai International Airport with Downtown, major malls, and residential communities.
With an average speed of 95 km/h, the Red Line is the city's main transit artery, fitting into a wider network that includes the Green Line, the Dubai Tram, and the future Blue Line expansion.
